Entrepreneurism is in my genes, and growing Lunch with Tony is the realization of a dream that's been long in the making.

I graduated from Santa Clara University with a business degree and fell immediately into the corporate world, however I quickly realized that being part of the big machine, and answering to a boss who had a boss who had a boss, was truly not my calling.

I shook things up by earning a degree from the Le Cordon Bleu certified California Culinary Academy. I knew right away who I was as a chef. NO to fine dining and white tablecloths. YES to gourmet, tasty, but completely approachable food.

I've worked as an in-home personal chef, managed a gourmet specialty food shop, cooked in a hotel, taught cooking classes and parties, and even emceed a Guinness Record-certified cake-decorating contest for 2,700 participants. Yikes.

I've taken piece from these experiences, and also my days wearing business-casual, to shape my new destiny as entrepreneur and restaurant owner. Lunch with Tony has always been the goal. It's the opportunity to express what I consider my unique culinary vision. Offering my tasty meals to people who want the best, but are short on time.

For me, it's about offering a mix of quality, speed, price and service that you cannot pass up. Is the meal delicious? Is it reasonably priced? Are we spot on with our catering? Did we make you feel welcome? The answer should be a resounding "Yes," and if not, there's work yet to do.
